26-year-old Jason Andrew Sabedra was arrested for drunk driving in the California Highway Patrol parking lot.  Apparently, Sabedra thought he was at the McKinleyville store when he drove his 2002 Pontiac Grand Am into the CHP lot.  CHP officers came out to investigate the loud music.  Sabedra ran over a concrete bumper eventually peeling out and causing the CHP to move nearby onlookers to safety.
