6/24 DUI Sobriety Checkpoints in California

Posted By Thomas V. Wallin || 24-Jun-2011

Plan on going out this weekend and maybe drinking with friends? If so, we recommend that you have a designated person who will not be drinking so that everyone can get safely home.  Multiple DUI checkpoints will be popping up starting today, Friday June 24 th and going all the way through Sunday.   These DUI checkpoints, whether they have been previously announced or not, are designed to protect the public and check to make sure motorists are not driving under the influence.

If you are arrested during a DUI sobriety checkpoint, contact our California DUI Defense Lawyers as soon as possible. You have only 10 days following your arrest to contact the DMV; hire our CA DUI Attorneys and we will request and conduct the DMV and criminal court hearing.
