A 28-year-old San Diego man has been sentenced to one year in jail for causing a fatal DUI-related accident earlier in the year.
According to Sign On San Diego, Nicholas Arthur Thibault was driving northbound on the 805 freeway when he exited on University Avenue around 6:30am, February 27, 2011.
