Stephen Paladino was arrested for a fourth offense drunk driving charge when he tried to deliver groceries to the wrong house. According to Folsom Police Department, Paladino intended on delivering groceries to his ex-wife when he accidentally went to a stranger's door. That stranger subsequently reported the "extremely tipsy" delivery man to police with a vivid description of him and the SUV he was driving. Paladino was arrested with a BAC of .30 nearly four times the legal limit.

| Packers tight end suspected of driving under the influence |

Packers tight end, Spencer Havner is suspected of driving under the influence in California. The California Highway Patrol has announced that they are seeking DUI charges against him after the 27-year old crashed his motorcycle. Havner is recovering from a broken scapula associated with the crash, but has denied the allegations. Currently Havner has not been formally charged with a California DUI.

| Miami Heat player charged with DUI |

Dorell Wright, forward for the Miami Heat was charged with a DUI last month. His arrest for drunk driving resulted in a two game suspension. In addition to DUI charges, Wright faced a charge for driving with a suspended license. Since the arrest, nude photos of Wright have surfaced on the internet.

Ronnie brown was arrested Saturday March 20 at around 4:30 am for driving under the influence. He was visiting his parents for their anniversary and later went to a club. Dwight Gooden, former pitcher for the New York Mets and the New York Yankees was charged with driving under the influence of drugs early last week. Gooden was charged with leaving the scene of the accident after being involved in a two-car collision. A child was in the car, but police would not release the identity. Gooden faces jail time with the charges pending against him.

| Ex- Police Chief charged with Riverside DUI |

Russell Leach, former Riverside police chief was charged with driving under the influence when he crashed his car in the early hours of the morning. Leach was leaving Club 215, a local topless bar, on February 8 and after hitting a curb he wore his left tires down to their rims. A concerned citizen called in Leach's whereabouts when she saw the city-owned Chrysler driving erratically. Leach was also caught running a red light prior to be pulled over.
Leach faces misdemeanor DUI charges which can include a long license suspension, stiff fines, potential jail time and an alcohol program.
