Contacting the DMV following an arrest for a San Mateo DUI

San Mateo DUI Alcohol Programs

 

As a term of your San Mateo DUI probation you may have to complete an alcohol program that ranges in length from 12 hours to 18 months depending on the circumstances of your case.  In addition, the Department of Motor Vehicles will likely require you to complete an alcohol program in order to obtain a restricted license which allows you to drive within the course of work and to and from an alcohol program if your license is suspended.  Below are court approved alcohol programs in San Mateo.
