Fox Sports Detroit, officers noticed
signs of intoxication such as a strong odor of alcohol, his speech was slurred and his eyes were bloodshot and watery.
Officers noticed Cabrera take a drink out of a bottle of James Buchanan Scotch before he walked towards the road with his hands up. When officers asked him to return to the vehicle, he did not comply and officers handcuffed him as he resisted.
