Weekend California DUI Checkpoints

With the weekend right around the corner, local police departments will be setting up California DUI Checkpoints throughout the state. As always, do not drink or drive; you could be putting yourself and others at serious risk of injury or even death.

Officers will be conducting checkpoints to check for driver's licenses and for motorists who are driving under the influence. Although there might be several other locations throughout California, here are a few locations that may be near you:


Hawthorne: 7pm-3am - Crenshaw Blvd & Rocket Rd.

Riverside: 6pm- 12am - Undisclosed location


Los Angeles: 8pm-2am - Vermont Ave, between Fifth & Sixth St.

Long Beach: 6pm-2am - east side of the city

Oxnard: 6pm-2am -multiple locations

Pleasanton: 7pm-2am - Santa Rita Road & Pimlico Dr.

Visalia: evening - undisclosed location
