July 15-17 DUI Checkpoints in California

With summer already in full swing, there is nothing better than spending your weekend with friends and family, having a good time. If you plan on drinking this weekend, our California DUI Defense Attorneys advise you to have a designated driver.   With multiple DUI checkpoints already announced and several that will be announced shortly before the check point occurs, it is imperative that you take the extra precaution when planning your evening.

If you plan on being in Orange County, check out the OC Fair as there is something there for everyone, including booths that sell alcohol for adults. If you do happen to be arrested during a DUI sobriety checkpoint or after leaving the Orange County Fair, contact our California DUI Lawyers as soon as you are released from your arrest.  You have only 10 days to contact the DMV to request a hearing on the automatic suspension of your license.
